Our Story

We do all we can to bring the feeling of abundance and sunshine into each jar, collecting the best fruits, vegetables and tomatoes from our Circle of 13 organic farms. We hope you enjoy!

After a summer on a family farm in Norway learning food preservation techniques, Todd and Jordan Champagne migrated to the California Coast. They put their knowledge to use, making pickles and then jam, and developing workshops. Over the years, they have educated hundreds on making preserves, pickles, cheese and baked goods.
